The Axia Time Diasimos is Made for Tomorrow’s Legends
The sentimental value of a wristwatch cannot be overstated, and Axia Time was front and center of the college football world this past weekend alongside Heisman hopefuls on what was undoubtedly a memorable day.
As the new Official Timepiece of the Heisman Trophy, Axia Time created a new design, Diasimos for the finalists and honorees of college football’s most prestigious award. The 2024-2025 season has been an exciting year noted for its parity and with certainly no shortage of talent on display. In the end, Colorado wide receiver and cornerback Travis Hunter won the Heisman with 552 1st place votes, edging out finalists including Boise State star running back Ashton Jeanty.

This unique memento features a 40.5mm distinctive bronze-plated titanium case to complement the black dial featuring the iconic Heisman logo. The elegant coin edge bezel and chapter ring pair well with the watch’s Roman numeral hour markers in highlighting the fact that this is a special timepiece designed for special occasions.
Flip the Diasimos over to admire the exhibition caseback showcasing a Swiss-made Sellita SW300 with a fully customized rotor. This 31-jewel caliber beats at 4Hz (28,800 VPH) and boasts a 56 hour power reserve. Peripheral to the sapphire glass is an engraving ring featuring personalized details to honor each finalist. The Diasimos is paired with an American-made alligator strap with contrast stitching and bronze-plated deployant buckle, and each piece was presented in custom solid walnut display boxes that evoke the Heisman trophy’s base.
It’s fitting to celebrate a significant milestone with a watch, which has long been considered a totem of success. A well-made timepiece will stand the test of time as it reminds its wearer just how special that moment was. Heisman Weekend may have come and gone, but for these star players – and Axia Time alongside of them – this is only the beginning.
