AXIA TIME PHILADELPHIA MARATHON SURVEY PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice explains how Bespoke Swiss Watches LLC d/b/a AXIA Time (“AXIA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses information provided in connection with the AXIA Time Philadelphia Marathon Survey and associated Philadelphia Marathon Watch Sweepstakes.

This notice supplements the AXIA Time Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict concerning information collected specifically through this survey, this notice will govern with respect to that information.

Information We Collect

When you participate in the survey, AXIA may collect:

Your email address;
Your responses to survey questions;
Your decision whether to receive future marketing communications from AXIA; and
Technical information that may be collected by SurveyMonkey in connection with your use of its survey platform.

AXIA does not receive the Philadelphia Marathon's registrant database. The Philadelphia Marathon is distributing the invitation to participate, but the personal information you voluntarily provide through the survey is collected for AXIA.

How We Use Your Information

AXIA may use the information collected through the survey to:

Analyze participant feedback and preferences;
Inform AXIA's product development and marketing relating to the Philadelphia Marathon commemorative watch and other AXIA products;
Administer the AXIA Time Philadelphia Marathon Watch Sweepstakes;
Contact the potential winner and verify eligibility;
Prevent duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries;
Satisfy legal, tax, compliance, and recordkeeping requirements; and
Send AXIA marketing communications if you separately choose to receive them.

Sweepstakes Entry and Marketing Consent

Providing an email address for purposes of entering the Sweepstakes does not automatically enroll you in AXIA marketing communications.

You may separately choose to receive news, product announcements, special offers, and other marketing communications from AXIA.

Agreeing to receive marketing communications is entirely optional and is not a condition of entering or winning the Sweepstakes and will not increase your chances of winning.

If you opt in to AXIA marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in AXIA marketing emails.

Philadelphia Marathon

The Philadelphia Marathon is distributing the survey invitation to its registrants but is not collecting the survey responses on AXIA's behalf, is not administering the Sweepstakes, and will not receive the email addresses or individual survey responses collected by AXIA through this survey.

SurveyMonkey

AXIA uses SurveyMonkey as its survey technology provider. Information submitted through the survey will therefore be processed using SurveyMonkey's systems and may also be subject to SurveyMonkey's applicable privacy practices and policies.

Sharing of Information

AXIA does not intend to sell the email addresses or individual survey responses collected through this survey.

AXIA may disclose information to service providers that assist it with survey administration, technology, email services, data storage, legal compliance, Sweepstakes administration, or similar business functions. Such providers may process information on AXIA's behalf.

AXIA may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect AXIA, its customers, or others.

AXIA will not provide the survey email addresses or individual responses to the Philadelphia Marathon for its independent marketing purposes.

Data Retention

For participants who do not opt in to AXIA marketing communications, AXIA will retain personally identifiable Sweepstakes information only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, award the prize, resolve any related issues, and satisfy applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. After that period, AXIA will delete or de-identify the information.

For participants who separately opt in to AXIA marketing communications, AXIA may retain the email address for marketing purposes until the participant unsubscribes or the information is otherwise deleted in accordance with AXIA's Privacy Policy.

Survey responses may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form for research, product development, and business analysis after personally identifying information has been removed.

Depending upon where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain information.

The survey and Sweepstakes are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. AXIA does not knowingly collect information through this promotion from individuals under 18.
