AXIA TIME PHILADELPHIA MARATHON WATCH SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MARKETING CONSENT IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sponsor

The AXIA Time Philadelphia Marathon Watch Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by:

(“Sponsor” or “AXIA”).

The Philadelphia Marathon is not a sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes. Its role is limited to distributing an invitation containing a link to the survey and Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor, and persons directly involved in the administration or judging of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 11, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor's computer system will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry.

Method 1: Survey Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, access the AXIA Time Philadelphia Marathon Survey through the link provided in the Philadelphia Marathon email, complete the survey, and provide a valid email address for Sweepstakes entry.

Completion of the separate marketing opt-in is optional and is not required for a valid Sweepstakes entry.

Method 2: Free Alternative Method of Entry

To enter without completing the survey, send an email during the Sweepstakes Period to:

with the subject line:

Philadelphia Marathon Watch Sweepstakes Entry

The email should include:

Entrant's first and last name;
State of residence;
Email address; and
The statement: “I certify that I am at least 18 years old and eligible to enter the AXIA Time Philadelphia Marathon Watch Sweepstakes.”

The email must be received by Sponsor no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 11, 2026.

No survey completion, purchase, payment, or marketing consent is required to use this alternative entry method.

Entries submitted through the alternative method receive the same chance of winning as entries submitted through the survey.

5. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

Submitting entries through both methods will not provide an entrant with more than one eligible entry.

Automated, bulk, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified.

6. Marketing Communications

Entrants who enter through the survey may be offered the opportunity to separately consent to receive marketing communications from AXIA Time.

Marketing consent is entirely optional.

An entrant's decision to subscribe or not subscribe to AXIA marketing communications will have no effect on eligibility, odds of winning, winner selection, or prize award.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One AXIA Time Philadelphia Marathon commemorative Swiss-made watch.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.00 USD.

The exact appearance and specifications of the prize watch may differ from preliminary renderings or promotional images.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No cash alternative will be provided.

Sponsor reserves the right, if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control, to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.

Standard shipping of the prize to an eligible address within the fifty United States or District of Columbia will be provided by Sponsor.

All federal, state, and local taxes or other obligations associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected regardless of the method used to enter and regardless of whether the entrant opted in to AXIA marketing communications.

9. Winner Selection

Following the close of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will conduct a random computerized drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted under Sponsor's supervision.

One potential winner will be randomly selected.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified at the email address associated with the selected entry.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor within five (5) business days following Sponsor's initial notification.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm identity, age, residency, eligibility, and prize-delivery information and may require execution of an eligibility declaration or similar documentation.

If a potential winner:

Fails to respond within five business days;
Cannot be contacted using the email address provided;
Is found to be ineligible;
Declines the prize; or
Fails to provide reasonably requested eligibility information,

the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may conduct another random computerized drawing to select an alternate potential winner.

This process may continue until an eligible winner has been confirmed.

11. Prize Acceptance

Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's agreement to comply with these Official Rules.

Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may identify the winner by first name, last initial, city, and state for purposes of announcing the Sweepstakes result.

Any additional use of the winner's photograph, likeness, testimonial, or other personal attributes for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and any additional permissions obtained by Sponsor.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, submit fraudulent or duplicate entries, interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes, or violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled closing date, Sponsor may select the winner by random drawing from eligible entries received before termination, if doing so is reasonably practicable and lawful.

Sponsor's decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

13. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, inaccessible, or not received because of technical, network, internet, email, software, hardware, or other transmission problems outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Proof that an entrant sent or attempted to submit an entry does not constitute proof that Sponsor received an eligible entry.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, service providers, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except to the extent such limitation or release is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

The Philadelphia Marathon is not responsible for administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of the winner, or fulfillment of the prize.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with the AXIA Time Philadelphia Marathon Survey Privacy Notice and the AXIA Time Privacy Policy.

Survey responses and Sweepstakes entries are collected using SurveyMonkey and may also be subject to SurveyMonkey's applicable privacy practices.

Marketing consent is separate from Sweepstakes entry and is not required to enter or win.

16. Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally and that is not subject to a mandatory consumer forum under applicable law will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in New Jersey.
