  • 30 Day Hassle-Free Returns: If for any reason you’re not happy with your watch, you have up to 30 days to return it free of charge, either by ordering a return label or by contacting our Customer Service team (call 833-MYSWISS or email info@axiatime.com).

  • For a full refund or replacement, the watch must be in perfect, unworn condition and accompanied by all its original packaging and paperwork.
  • 4 Year Warranty: It’s extremely unlikely that your watch will ever develop a mechanical fault as it has a premium grade, Swiss Made movement at its heart. However, if it does develop a fault due to manufacturer defect within four years, we’ll be happy to repair or replace the movement.  ​ You can return the watch to us for diagnosis either by ordering a returns label or by contacting our Customer Service team (call 833-MYSWISS or email info@axiatime.com).

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Watches purchased as part of a custom project are not eligible for return.
  • Damage to the watch as a result of some type of blunt force (e.g dropping the watch), leaving the crown unlocked when submerged in water or exceeding the water resistance depth is not covered by our warranty.
  • Purchases that have custom engraving can be returned, but there will be a $75 restocking fee imposed to cover the cost of replacing the engraving disc.
  • We understand that circumstances change and you may decide to cancel your order, however, the credit card fees imposed by your credit card company are not reimbursed by the merchant when this happens. As such, orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of being placed are subject to the value of the credit card fee AXIA is charged by the credit card company.

No, resizing does not affect the warranty, but please include any bracelet links that have been removed when returning the watch.

No, unfortunately we can’t offer a warranty start delay. The warranty starts on the date you receive the watch.

Yes. The new owner should contact us with the original purchase information and paperwork, and we will honor the 30:4 Warranty from the date of original purchase.
