1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of AXIA TIME, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on December 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received or postmarked within this period.

3. How to Enter

A. Purchase Method

During the Entry Period, eligible individuals who purchase any AXIA TIME
watch at axiatime.com will automatically receive one (1) entry per watch
purchased.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, name of your favorite college football team and Instagram handle on a postcard and mail it to:

Postcard must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 5, 2026.

AMOE entries must be submitted individually. No photocopies or mechanical
reproductions. Following AXIA TIME on Instagram is encouraged but not required for AMOE entry.

4. Entry Limits

Unlimited entries permitted, regardless of entry method. Each entry must be unique.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

Two (2) tickets to the 2026 College Football Playoff National Championship Game in Miami, FL.

Hotel Reservation at one of the host hotels in Miami for three (3) nights (one standard room, double occupancy).  Winner responsible for all costs associated with the hotel stay.

One (1) $1,000 gift card

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and may be issued a Form 1099-MISC.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing, via Instagram live, on or about January 10, 2026 from all eligible entries. Winner will be
notified via email and must respond within 48 hours. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the prize, the winner grants to the Sponsor (AXIA TIME), its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, assigns, and advertising and promotional agencies the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide
right and license to use the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, social media handle(s), biographical information, hometown, statements, and any
photographs or video taken during the prize experience (collectively, “Publicity
Materials”) for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s website, email marketing, social media channels, paid advertising, press releases, printed materials, and video content.

Winner understands and agrees that:

1. Sponsor may use, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Publicity Materials without additional notice, review, approval, or compensation.
2. All Publicity Materials created by Sponsor shall be the exclusive property of Sponsor, and winner waives any right to inspect or approve the finished materials.
3. Sponsor may tag or reference the winner’s publicly displayed social media handle(s) in promotional materials.
4. Winner agrees to execute any documentation required by Sponsor to confirm the rights granted herein.

This grant of rights survives the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

9. General Conditions

AXIA TIME is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries. AXIA TIME reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure impacts the integrity of the promotion.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any liability.

11. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
